Annual Exhibition

Hartlepool Art Club’s Annual exhibition is held at the Hartlepool Art Gallery from mid-November to mid-January each year.

The work displayed reflects the imagination and skills that have established our reputation as a leading Art Society in the north.

This unique venue affords a magnificent setting for the traditional, contemporary and abstract works that feature in a range of techniques and subject matter.

The 73rd annual exhibition was due to be held November 2020 – January 2021 but due to the temporary closure of the Art Gallery to adhere to Government guidelines surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic the years schedule was amended to take place from Tuesday 26th January 2021 until Saturday 13th March 2021. ***Unfortunately, due to the ever changing global pandemic and local lock down restrictions, and with great sadness, we must inform you that the 2020-21 73rd Annual Exhibition has now been cancelled.

Our 74th Annual Exhibition is hopefully going ahead at the normal calendar slot of mid-November 2021 to mid-January 2022. We hope to confirm this in time to come.

74th Annual Exhibition – scheduled for 13th November 2021 – 15th January 2022

72nd Annual Exhibition – 16th November 2019 – 11th January 2020

10th Annual Exhibition – scheduled for 9th June 2022 – 9th July 2022

Unfortunately our 9th Annual Exhibition at The Station will also not take place March/April 2021 as is usual. Government imposed local lock down restrictions and gallery closures do not permit it safe to do so.

8th Annual Exhibition – 14th March – 8th April 2020***Update – due to COVID-19 pandemic The Station has temporarily closed in line with Government restrictions on social gatherings and local lock down’s, so the exhibition was cancelled and we have not been able to reschedule this year.
