19:00 – 21:00 at Hartlepool Art Gallery, Christ Church, Hartlepool.
The clubs financial year runs from March to February, the AGM takes place in the second month following the year end.
All members are entitled to nominate and vote for Officer Roles and General Committee Members prior to and at the AGM.
