Tuesday 13th October

**Increased Government restrictions means we yet again must postpone our AGM and suspend our monthly gatherings. Please read our Chairman’s most recent correspondence to us in the news section for further information

This months meeting is again on a different day and change of venue. Due to the Government guidelines even though the Art Gallery is open they are unable to offer our usual meeting place. Therefore place note this is Tuesday 13th October at the Golden Lion.

There is currently a restriction on numbers available to attend the evening demonstration to allow socially distant measures and safety to be maintained. Therefore can you please register your interest to attend with Liz via our contact page, or e-mail/phone number if you have them already.

It will be first come first served on the attendance list so make sure you contact to reserve your place. If guide lines are eased further to allow additional numbers we will of course increase the attendance capacity. Face coverings are mandatory.

We will begin our meeting with our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was postponed back in April 2020. Agenda and reports will be circulated by the Club Secretary in due course prior to the meeting.

Following our AGM Ted Parker will give us a useful demonstration about perspective and will show a short film about the work of the late David Shepard, which Ted was involved in making.

Visitors are welcome at £5 entrance fee, though you must pre-register your interest in attending as per above.

The Golden Lion will provide tea and coffee refreshments on the night at a £1 per cup charge.
